To everyone else having a problem resetting FRP on the J320FN, here is the solution:
Download and flash firmware from here:

Firmware: MBM-J320FNXXU0APC8-20160414231053.zip
After flashing the firmware the security patch is downgraded, the SideSync method works after that. Just in case, here is the method for reference:
