Download Firmware From Here

Extract And Copy Firmware to ADB Folder
(Boot,Recovery,System,Userdata)
Unlock Your Bootloader with this command
"fastboot -i 0x1ebf oem unlock"
Now Format User data With this command
"fastboot -i 0x1ebf format userdata"
Now Flash By these commands one by one
fastboot -i 0x1ebf flash boot boot.img
fastboot -i 0x1ebf flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot -i 0x1ebf flash system system.img
fastboot -i 0x1ebf flash userdata userdata.img
After flash Reboot device
fastboot -i 0x1ebf reboot
